A 34-year-old Granton woman was arrested at 11 p.m. Friday on a Wood County warrant for failure to pay the fine for driving without a valid license. She turned herself in, was booked, posted the $126 bond and was released.

At 9:12 a.m. Friday, Ed Engelhart, the director of Marshfield Parks and Recreation Department, reported someone had smashed the windows of the bathroom at the north end of the fairgrounds grandstand. The windows are worth $1,200 and it happened after 7 a.m. Tuesday.

A small brown dog with an orange collar was found at 11:30 p.m. Friday in the intersection of West Arnold Street and St. Joseph's Avenue. It was taken to the Parkview Pet Motel.

A 30-year-old Marshfield man was cited for disorderly conduct at 10 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of North Central Avenue.

Stevens Point

At 6:31 p.m. Friday, a 16-year-old Plover girl reported several items stolen from her unlocked car parked at the K.B. Willett Ice Arena in Stevens Point. Items stolen include: a cell phone, car stereo, 25 to 30 CDs and a 35 mm camera. Value: Unknown.
