Salvation Army needs bell ringers around Wausau

Wausau Daily Herald

Volunteers are needed to ring bells at all of The Salvation Army’s red kettle locations in Wausau, Rothschild, Rib Mountain and Schofield.

The fundraiser enables staff to keep the doors open, feed and house needy individuals and help families with emergency rent and utilities assistance.

This year, The Salvation Army in Wausau hopes to raise $140,000. Supporters are invited to track the progress of fundraising through The Salvation Army’s Facebook fan page.

To volunteer call 845-4272. Wausau’s kettle campaign will run through Dec. 24.
