Rocky Rococo, headquartered in Oconomowoc, said Wednesday it is opening a new restaurant today at Bay Park Square mall in Ashwaubenon.

The company expects to open a location Dec. 8 in Milwaukee and another in February in Greendale.

The new owner of the Ashwaubenon restaurant, Vaughn Van Asten, has been with Rocky's for 10 years, having started there while in high school.

Van Asten was able to fill 30 new positions during the hiring process.
