AMHERST — BloodCenter of Wisconsin will hold a blood drive from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Jensen Community Center, 487 N. Main St., Amherst.

Donors must be at least 17 years old (16-year-olds can donate with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health. The entire process takes about an hour and all blood types are needed. Donors should bring a photo ID.
