Jennifer Hoover and Paul Lara of Rahway, N. J., are planning a wedding for June 26, 2010.

Jennifer is the daughter of Rebecca and Dr. Robert Hoover, Sturgeon Bay. She is a Sturgeon Bay High School graduate with a bachelor's degree in art history from Hope College in Holland, Mich. She earned a teaching certificate from Westside Montessori in New York City and is a lead teacher at Westside Montessori in New York.

Paul is the son of Patricia Ronzier Lara and Dr. Patricio P. Lara in Raleigh, N.C. He holds degrees in religious studies, political science and international studies from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and graduated from W.G. Enloe High School in Raleigh.

He works as an Internet sales manager for Gothic Cabinet Craft in Hoboken, N.J.

The couple resides in Rahway, N.J. and plans a June wedding at the home of the bride on Bayshore Drive in Sturgeon Bay.
