Mary Kaye Stiles
Mary Kaye Stiles, age 66, of 1522 S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died peacefully on Sunday morning, Nov. 8, 2009, at River's Bend Health & Rehabilitation Center, Manitowoc.
She was born on Jan. 19, 1943, in Shawano, daughter of Marion (Allen) Erickson and the late John Erickson. Mary Kaye was a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School, class of 1961. On March 21, 1999, she married Ronald A. Jorsch in Manitowoc. She was employed for 14 years with Informational Resources where she trained employees to collect data acquisition.
Mary Kaye was then employed with Avada Hearing Care of Wisconsin for six years. She was a member of the Manitowoc Lions and served as past president, following in her father's footsteps.
Survivors include her husband: Ronald Jorsch, Manitowoc; her mother: Marion Erickson, Manitowoc; her children and their spouses: Allen and Melanie Stiles, Minneapolis, Minn., John and Lori Stiles, Wrightstown, Jean and Brad Bouche, Green Bay, Jeff and Karin Stiles, LeMoore, Calif.; fifteen precious grandchildren who she loved to spoil; four sisters and three brothers-in-law: Marge and John Nagel, Carol Stream, Ill., Barbara and Jason Kincaid, Los Angeles, Calif., Carol and Dan Penterman, Amberg, Wis., Ann Erickson, Madison; and two brothers and one sister-in-law: Jim Erickson and his special friend, Diane, Clute, Texas, Paul and Jenny Erickson, Milwaukee. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by a brother: Curt Erickson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday Nov. 13, 2009, at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Dan Felton. Cremation has taken place.
The family will greet relatives and friends for a celebration of her life at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, until the time of service at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Mary Kaye's name.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
