SUAMICO — Festival Foods said Friday it will build a fourth Green Bay metro area grocery store on Lineville Road in the Urban Edge shopping center.

Mark Skogen, company president, said the $8 million to 10 million project should be completed in fall 2010.

The Urban Edge development, which also is home to Shopko, Country Inn & Suites and Suamico Ale House & Pro Bowl, is about one mile from U.S. 41/141. It is owned by Midwest Expansion.

The 71,000-square-foot store will have 225 full- and part-time employees.

The Skogen family owns and operates 14 Festival Foods stores with 3,400 employees.
