ANDERSON, James M.; 21, 1436 W. Prospect Ave., Appleton. Placed on probation for two years and ordered to serve 90 days in jail for disorderly conduct, theft and bail jumping, stemming from incidents in Appleton on Aug. 10, 2007, Dec. 11, 2008 and April 1, 2009.
