Couple celebrate 50th anniversary

Stan and Lottie Wysocki of Stevens Point celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 3 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. The Rev. George Thayikuzhithottu gave an anniversary blessing during the 4:30 p.m. liturgy. A celebration with family was held at Michele's Restaurant.

The couple also celebrated with a trip to Rome and a cruise in the Mediterranean.

The former Lottie Liss and Stanley Wysocki were married Oct. 3, 1959, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Stevens Point.

Stan is the former owner of Green Meadow Turf. He is retired.

Lottie retired from Associated Bank.

They both enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, volunteering and traveling.

Children of the couple are Kim (Tom) Glodowski, Custer; Ken (Randy) Wysocki, Phoenix; Todd (Tina) Wysocki, Round Lake, Ill.; Mark (Mary) Wysocki, Custer; and James Wysocki, Stevens Point. They have eight grandchildren.
