Accident Report for Nov. 4

  • At 7:17 a.m. Friday in the town of Sevastopol, Amber M. Massart, 25, of Brussels struck a tree lying across both lanes of the road as she was driving east on County OR near Reynolds Road. Both airbags were deployed.

  • At 7:40 p.m. Monday in the town of Brussels, Kevin P. Schuyler, 51, of Sturgeon Bay was arrested after leaving the scene of an accident for allegedly operating while intoxicated, sixth offense.

    Schuyler was driving east on County D and County C when he failed to yield the right of way to a pickup driven by Joseph R. Paye, 34, of Forestville.

    Paye was traveling south on County C when he collided with Schulyer.

    Schulyer didn't stop after the accident, and Paye followed him for several miles on County D and contacted law enforcement officials, who stopped Schulyer on Curve Road north of County D.
