MERRILL — The Barbary Coast Dixieland Band will appear at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at Merrill High School Auditorium, under the auspices of the Merrill Area Concert Association.

Band members punctuate each performance with wit, zany comedy, good vocals and a variety of novelty numbers that add seasoning to each concert.

Since 1967 the band has set thousands of toes tapping. It recently was elected to the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame.
