ASHWAUBENON — One man was killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a semitrailer truck Monday night on U.S. 41, Ashwaubenon Public Safety Lt. Luke Pasterski said.

The man was driving a sport utility vehicle when he crashed with a semi in the northbound lane of U.S. 41 between Main Avenue and Oneida Street, Pasterski said.
The crash was reported at 8:50 p.m. and the semi and the SUV were found in the median of the four-lane highway. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Another SUV crashed into a ditch. The driver of the semi and the other SUV were uninjured. It was unknown what caused the crash. All drivers were men.
The victim’s name was not immediately released pending notification of his family.
The northbound lane of U.S. 41 between Main Avenue and Oneida Street was closed until 6 a.m. Tuesday. The southbound lane was to be closed periodically.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Department is investigating, assisted by Ashwaubenon Public Safety and the Wisconsin State Patrol.
