Dodge County Most Wanted

The Dodge County Sheriff's Department has released its top five "Most Wanted" for November.

On the list are:

  • Jacqueline A. Garcia, 21, last known address 103 Knaup Drive, No. 3, Beaver Dam. Wanted by Dodge County for failure to pay child support in excess of $5,246.

  • Santiago Guatemala, 38, last known address 610 S. Third St., Watertown. Wanted by Dodge County for failure to pay child support in excess of $7,587.

  • Joseph E. Halbert, 27, last known address 2121 Barton Ave., West Bend. Wanted by Dodge County for failure to pay child support in excess of $4,575, by Shannon County, Mo., for possession of controlled substance, and by West Bend Police Department for worthless checks and fraud to a gas station.

  • Chad D. Langfeldt, 34, last known address 240 Waterloo St., Columbus. Wanted by Dodge County for failure to pay child support in excess of $1,867.

  • Rafael Lopez Monroy, 30, last known address 133 Dewey Ave., No. 2, Watertown. Wanted by Dodge County for failure to pay child support in excess of $6,838, felony fraud and felony first-degree sexual assault of a child.

    Anyone having knowledge about these individuals' whereabouts should contact the Dodge County Sheriff's Department at (920) 386-3828.

    Citizens are cautioned not to take any action to restrain or take wanted persons into custody. Citizens can provide anonymous information through the department's Web site at www.dodgecountysheriff.com.
