SHAWANO — A 42-year-old Bonduel man was found dead in his vehicle Sunday, apparently several hours after a crash.

The Shawano County Sheriff’s Department was called to the intersection of County F and River Road in the Town of Angelica just after 10 a.m. It said Bonduel emergency medical services and Tri County Fire Department personnel found Thomas H. Vandenbush dead in his vehicle.

Lt. Staber Cook said a preliminary investigation shows the crash would have occurred several hours before it was discovered.

He said the sheriff’s department and Wisconsin State Patrol are continuing an investigation.
