St. Vincent to open retail store in Ashwaubenon

ASHWAUBENON — St. Vincent de Paul Society of Green Bay will open a retail store Monday at 1171 Lombardi Access Road.

The store, in a 9,100-square foot space adjacent to Big Lots, will be the organization's second in the Green Bay metro area. St. Vincent de Paul has long operated an east-side store at 920 Weise St.

"At the outset, we will feature Christmas and other items for the holidays," said Vince Nicklas, society volunteer president. "There also will be the usual assortment of clothing for all ages, books, records, household and kitchen items, etc."

Hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.

Donations of items should continue to be made at the store on Weise Street, Nicklas said.

The main office telephone number is (920) 435-4040.
