Valley Jams is a periodic spotlight on Fox Valley bands, their music and where you can catch them playing.

Band name: Brok’n Arrow

Hometown: Brillion

Lineup: Jeff Smith on guitars and vocals, Jeremiah Jams Smith on guitar and vocals.

A little background on the band: “Brok’n Arrow is a father-son guitar duo that takes a free jazz approach to rock ’n’ roll,” Jeremiah says. “Brok’n Arrow is about pushing musical boundaries and finding a new creative space.” Brok’n Arrow has been jamming for more than 15 years, often collaborating with other local musicians. Brok’n Arrow has opened for and played beside such acts as The Allman Brothers, Chris Robinson, Medeski Martin and Wood, Arlo Guthrie, Siegal-Schwall and BTO.
