Burglary: A window was broken to gain access in the 2200 block of Balsam Way on Thursday. The owner reported cash and jewelry were taken.
Disturbance: Two girls were fighting in the 2900 block of Thunderbyrd Trail on Friday. One tried to hit the other with a vase. One was placed in the Brown County Jail. Citations were issued for underage alcohol violations.
HOWARD
Drug activity: Officers responded to a disturbance Saturday in the 800 block of Ash Street and saw a marijuana plant through a window. In searching the residence they found 11 pot plants, drug paraphernalia and hidden bags of marijuana. A 44-year-old man said he smoked marijuana for medical reasons. He was arrested for possessing marijuana as a subsequent offender and keeping a drug house.
Auto theft: A woman in the 1600 block of Lenwood Avenue reported Sunday she had a verbal argument with her 17-year-old brother from Escanaba, Mich., who took her car keys and drove off in her Chevrolet Impala without her permission. He drove it to Michigan where he crashed it near Bark River, then stole a second vehicle and drove it back to Wisconsin. He was arrested for auto theft.

TOWN OF GREEN BAY
Criminal damage: Someone tried to break into a home in the 2500 block of North New Franken Road and damaged a window. No entry was made. The damage was reported Sunday.
