Traffic crashes Cameron
• At 4:56 a.m. Oct. 19, a motorcycle ridden by Donald F. Sladek, Jr., 53, Marshfield, struck a deer on Highway 13, near Highway 10. Sladek was transported to Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Rudolph
• At 9:26 a.m. Wednesday, a car driven by Jason P. Rhodes, 35, Wisconsin Rapids, struck the rear of a car driven by Forrest A. Dostaler, 18, Wisconsin Rapids, on Highway 66, formerly Highway P, near Second Avenue. Rhodes was transported to Riverview Hospital, then transported to Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. No condition report was available Monday.
Fire calls Vesper
• At 10:14 a.m. Sunday, the Vesper Fire Department responded to a call from Kerry Ingredients, 6574 Ryland Ave. The company had a small fire, which employees extinguished.

• At 7:24 p.m. Sunday, the Nekoosa Fire Department responded to a garage fire at 624 Point Basse Ave., the Michael Wagner residence.

Pending cases Wood County
• Andrew R. Netzer, 27, Marshfield, pleaded not guilty to entry into a locked vehicle, two counts of burglary and four counts of theft. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 28 years and 11 months in prison. His next appearance is scheduled for Dec. 4.
