• Dean R. Scherer, 40, of N10636 Madison Ave., Greenwood; guilty plea; second offense drunken driving; 20 days in jail, ordered to pay $979, license revoked 14 months, ignition interlock for 14 months, and to undergo an alcohol assessment.

• Thomas J. Litscher, 22, of 4429 Sumac Lane, Eau Claire; no contest plea; possession of drug paraphernalia; $456.29 fine.

• Javier Torres, 32, of Dorchester; guilty plea; no valid license; $362 fine.

Wood County

• Garett M. Bauer, 31, of Marshfield; drunken driving; 75 days in jail with work release, 30-month revocation, ordered to pay $1,977, alcohol assessment and attend victim impact panel.

• Allison Slater, 41, of Marshfield; criminal trespass to a dwelling, theft and disorderly conduct; two years probation, $302 fine, undergo any counseling deemed necessary and no contact with her victim.
