The Hiss & Howl Halloween Hullabaloo, party and pet costume contest to raise money for Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary in Marion was held Saturday at Great Expectations Canine Behavior Center, 1300 Velp Ave., Howard.

Forty-two 42 dogs and cats in costumes walked the runway, and the audience picked the winner.

The event raised slightly more than $6,000.
