Carrie Scharl of Milwaukee and Graham Neiman of Brevard, N.C., were married Aug. 15, 2009, at the home of the bride's parents in Gibbsville.
Parents of the couple are Ted and Carol Scharl of Gibbsville and Elizabeth Anne Neiman of Brevard, N.C., and Conrad Neiman of Lady Lake, Fla.
Matron of honor was Jamie Hubbard of Dupo, Ill. Bridesmaids were Tanya Frier, Hingham; Denise Walter, Sheboygan, Tracy VanStelle, Sheboygan Falls; and Serha Witt, Milwaukee.
Best man was Taylor Neiman of Brevard. Groomsmen were Bart McKinney, Fletcher, N.C.; Bill Barry, Etowah, N.C.; Noah George, Flat Rock, N.C.; and Aaron Swensen, Asheville, N.C. Ring bearer was Taylen Neiman, Brevard. Ushers were James Scharl, Waupun, and Peter Scharl, Milwaukee.
A reception for the couple was held at Knights of Columbus Hall, Sheboygan. The couple honeymooned in the Dominican Republic.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Oostburg High School and a 2007 graduate of Carroll College, with a doctorate of physical therapy. She is employed by the Center for Perfect Balance, Brevard.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Brevard High School and a 2004 graduate of Brevard College, with a degree in environmental studies. He is employed by the Charleston Mint, Brevard.
The couple lives in Asheville.
