Using a balanced attack, the Hawks defeated the Tigers 25-14, 25-11, 25-23 to advance to tonight's regional final against Denmark at Fox Valley Lutheran.

"Offensively, we are very strong," Xavier coach Guy DeShaney said. "We don't have a weak spot in our lineup. I'm very fortunate to have all these offensive weapons. We're just playing really well right now all the way around."

The Hawks were led by Emily Downey with 25 assists, Emily Verbeten with 16 digs and Lauren DeShaney with 10 kills.

Wrightstown was topped by Kaitlyn Falck with 17 assists and Maria Diny with 13 digs.

At Seymour, the top-seeded Thunder needed just three sets to oust the Hawks 25-7, 25-16, 25-10.

The Thunder was led by Heather Drephal with 29 assists, while Mandy Trautmann and Melanie Behnke had 12 assists.

At Denmark, the Vikings beat the Mustangs 25-21, 25-18, 25-18 to advance to the regional championship.

Ellen Vanden Berg led Little Chute with 14 kills. Ashley Biesterveld had 17 digs and Jordan Wyngaard had 31 assists.

Courtney Ullmer had 15 kills for the Vikings.

At Oconto Falls, Nicole Garbrecht had 29 kills as Oconto Falls rallied after dropping the first set to win in four, 24-26, 25-16, 25-23, 30-28.

Kali Opsahl had 15 kills and 19 digs, Beth Rieth had 14 kills and 16 digs and Sara Dorow added 25 assists for Oconto Falls.

Sheboygan Falls 3, Chilton 1

At Sheboygan Falls, the Falcons needed four sets to defeat the Tigers 20-25, 25-17, 25-17, 25-23.

Berlin 3, Winneconne 1

At Berlin, the Indians ended the Wolves' season with a 25-22, 25-23, 14-25, 25-21 win.

Laconia 3, Manawa 0

At Rosendale, the Spartans down the Lions in three sets 25-19, 25-16, 25-21.

At Town of Menasha, the Zephyrs needed just three sets to defeat the Blackhawks 25-19, 25-18, 25-14.
