• At 6:48 p.m. Thursday, a pickup truck driven by Ronald A. Race, 56, Wisconsin Rapids, and a car driven by Jacob J. Lewis, 25, Wisconsin Rapids, collided on Peterson Avenue, near Eighth Street South. Lewis' passenger, Joseph E. Dampier, 20, Vesper, was injured but did not require medical transport.

• Abaigeal A. Martin, 18, Marshfield, pleaded not guilty to entry into a locked vehicle, two counts of burglary and four counts of theft. If convicted, she faces a maximum of 28 years and 11 months in prison. Her next appearance is scheduled for Dec. 4.
