• Raymond J. Springer, 58, of W4972 Rock Creek Road, Greenwood; guilty by jury; six counts of knowingly violating a domestic injunction; 30 days in jail on each to run concurrent, ordered to pay $648.60.

• April L. Hendricks, 29, of 1410 Howard Ave., Eau Claire; no contest plea; third offense operating with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more; 60 days in jail, ordered to pay $1,345, license revoke 27 months, ignition interlock on her vehicle for 27 months, and to undergo an alcohol assessment.

• Lowell E. Borntrager, 38, of 29050 Weibusch Hill Road, Lake City, Minn., no contest plea; unlawful use of a phone; $350 fine.

• Raquel M. Penney, 30, of 521 W. Center Ave., Dorchester; no contest plea; false swearing; $444.20 fine.

• Renee S. Clouse, 40, of 902 N. Beaver, Lot No. 7, Loyal; no contest plea; fourth offense drunken driving; 210 days in jail was stayed; 24 months probation, ordered to pay $1,798.50; 120 days in jail, license revoked 33 months, ignition interlock placed on her vehicle for 33 months and to undergo an alcohol assessment.

Wood County

• Kolleen A. Bear, 39, of Marshfield; operating after revocation; $476 fine.

• Luke K. Solinsky, 30, Marshfield; battery and disorderly conduct; two years probation, $322 fine, counseling and anger management; the battery charge was reduced from a charge of child abuse; an additional disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

• Karla G. Aasen, 32, of Pittsville; five counts of issuance of a worthless check; two years probation, $550 fine plus $1,116.78 restitution.

• Katherine R. Galbreath, 19, of 827 Hewett St., Neillsville; no contest plea; possession of drug paraphernalia; ordered to pay $299.

• Jesse A. Winker, 26, of 827 Hewett St., Neillsville; no contest plea; ordered to pay $299.

• Travis S. Schultz, 24, of 207 N. Spring St., Spencer; guilty plea; drunken driving; ordered to pay $817.50, license revoked eight months and to undergo alcohol assessment.

• Amy M. Lynch, 24, of 10198 Riveredge Lane, Marshfield; no contest plea; second offense operating with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more; ordered to pay $754.50, license suspended seven months and to undergo an alcohol assessment. A second offense drunken driving charge was dismissed.

Clark County



• Jose I. Saenz-Venegas, 37, of 2215 S. Maple Ave., Marshfield; guilty plea; second offense operating without a license; two days in jail and ordered to pay $362.

• Mark A. Caldwell, 50, of Arpin; being a party to the crimes of two counts of theft and three counts of retail theft; three years of probation, ordered to pay $1,015 plus his share of any restitution.

• Ryan P. McKiski, 32, of Marshfield; resisting an officer, disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse incident; two years probation, ordered to pay $583, undergo any counseling deemed necessary and maintain absolute sobriety; additional charges of false imprisonment as a domestic abuse incident and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed.
